EVENT 02 · Networking Event

We invite participants from each category.

Scheduled for Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM

Location:Startup Venture Campus Seoul (SVC Seoul)

Frequently Asked Questions

Is participation possible at the product planning stage?

Yes, participation is possible from the idea stage to the prototype stage. Upon winning, support will be provided to concretize and develop ideas through Kia's mentoring.

What documents must be submitted?

The core submission documents are the Product Development Plan (PPT), Technical Specifications, and Market Analysis & Commercialization Plan. Additional points may be awarded if prototypes or detailed design drawings are submitted additionally.

How is product commercialization with Kia linked after winning?

For winning entries, PoC (Proof of Concept) will be conducted in consultation with Kia Research Institute, and a mass production roadmap will be established together after feasibility review. There is an opportunity to launch as an official Kia accessory.

Is there support for prototype manufacturing?

While there is no direct support for manufacturing costs, the winning team will be provided with PV5 prototype test environments and technical mentoring during development to help improve the completeness of their prototypes.

How can I access the detailed technical specifications of PV5?

Detailed technical documents and guidelines will be provided first to participants of the Aftermarket Accessories dedicated conference held on September 30. Separate materials will also be provided to contest teams after signing a separate NDA.
